Personal Data Administrator

The personal data administrator (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) is HYDROCHEM Sp. z o.o. ul. Chmielniki 26, 86-061 Brzoza, with its registered office in Chmielniki 26, 86-061 Brzoza.

Data processing

Purpose of data processing
conclusion and performance of the contract and provision of services in accordance with the contract/order/order,
for marketing purposes of the Administrator, including profiling for marketing purposes and for analytical purposes,
for marketing purposes, including analytical purposes and profiling of third parties, including the Administrator’s partners,
possibly for the purpose of pursuing claims related to the contract concluded with you/services provided.

necessity of data processing to conclude and perform the contract,
granted consent, and in some cases (e.g., contact to obtain consent) also the legitimate interest of the administrator
consent, in the event of failure to grant consent, personal data are not processed for this purpose,
necessity of processing to implement the legitimate interest of the administrator; the legitimate interest of the administrator is the possibility of pursuing claims by him/her.

Period for which data will be stored

Your personal data will be stored until the statute of limitations for claims under the contract/service provision expires or until the obligation to store data resulting from legal regulations, in particular the obligation to store accounting documents regarding the contract, expires.

Where we process personal data based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator, personal data will not be processed for specific purposes if you object to such processing.
If we process data based on your consent, personal data will be processed until it is withdrawn.

Data recipients

Your personal data is only accessible to persons who have the appropriate authorization from the Administrator to the extent necessary to perform the subject of the contract, as well as to external entities based on legal regulations or a separate agreement on entrusting the processing of personal data, such as IT system providers, entities participating in the provision of services for you, if your data is needed to conclude a contract with them for the provision of services or delivery, external advisors (e.g. law firms, insurers), institutions authorized to process personal data under applicable law, and such entities process data based on an agreement with the Administrator and only in accordance with our instructions.

Data transfer outside the EEA

The collected personal data will not be transferred to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area (European Union countries and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway).

Rights of the data subject

You have the right to access your data and the right to request its rectification, deletion, restriction of processing. If the basis for the processing of your personal data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, you may object to the processing of your personal data. In particular, you have the right to object to the processing for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling and analytical purposes.

To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
To the extent that your data is processed for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract/providing services or processed on the basis of consent – you also have the right to transfer personal data. In such a situation, you will receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. You can send this data to another data controller.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data.
Providing personal data in connection with the concluded contract/services provided on its basis is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract – without providing personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract/provide services. Providing personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary.
